Process1. EMPATHIZE / UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS
I start off by discussing with the business partners , stakeholders and customers to understand in detail about the customer's pain points and the problem we are trying to solve or the new experience we are trying to provide for our customers.
2. DEFINE / PAIN POINTS, OBJECTIVES
Then I clearly define their pain points, objectives and challenges and create a persona as needed.
3. IDEATE / SOLUTION
The Internal UX Team,UX Executives, Stakeholders and Technology team agree upon a design from multiple options, based on the best user experience, feasibility and budget.
4. PROTOTYPE / USABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY
A fully functional prototype of the agreed design is created, to evaluate the functionality and to be tested with customers.
5. TEST / DESIGN, USER EXPERIENCE
Along with the usability engineer, I test the prototype with customers to know their feedback on the design and records the details for further review and iteration of the design.
The smile of a satisfied customer is priceless ” |

You're really impressing everyone with your dedication to the project - Andy (Digital Design Director) Wanted to pass along some recognition Ramya's been getting on the BBA project from the extended team. It's been a challenging effort with a lot of shifting requirements and technical constraints. Ramya's handled it all with stride with a great attitude and some creative solutions. Ramya, I wanted to take a moment to give you some much deserved recognition. Simply, your attitude to learn and apply new skills to the work for us was exemplary. You did a great job, You were brand new to Axure, yet gave us sophisticated work. You gracefully executed on the challenge to straddle conceptual level work with the demands of a full Usability test set-up in Axure. You worked offshore during the holidays with limited oversight, a BRD and the URL to the self- training site. Your willingness to learn and the resulting project contributions are appreciated! - Tess Lispi (UX Lead) NICKEL / 2014 Ramya and Ranjith Congratulations for your recognition in the Weekly workgroup meeting for all your hard work on wrapping up the Nickel wireframes. - Dave (PL), Virginia( Team Lead) |
